NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges please make sure when placing orders ALL personal information is correct (name, address, size, color).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@theecatsmeow.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
We’ll review the issue and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer laws.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post funds.
